FTP is the easiest way for secure and fast files transfer from your computer to our labs system.

There are no limitations to file sizes. We recommend you to use FTP site to upload images larger than 5Mb. The contents of your FTP directories are secured by user-id and password.

To start using FTP you need to download FTP client software: Cyberyduck for MAC users and CoreFTP for PC users. Please name a folder with images with your name, so we know to whom it belongs. You can include a text document with instructions and number of images that we supposed to get in your folder or send us email with this information.
