All orders for restoration are completed digitally. Estimates are provided upon request. Pleas do not call and ask for a quote over the phone prior to us seeing the photo to be restored. Prices fluctuate depending on the quality of your photograph and the required amount of work you desire for restoration. We can only determine a quote by evaluating the actual photograph. Please bring in your unframed picture that you wish to have restored and you will receive a phone call with a quote for your approval within 2 businesses days. Sorry but we cannot accept any framed photographs for restoration. We will not assume the responsibility of possible damage to the photograph so the customers must remove it from the frame themselves if restoration is desired.
We have four levels of restoration. Each priced to include one scan and retouching time to repair and restore the damaged original. Prints can then be ordered from our standard machine line of prints. These are printed on a digital printer. After printing your order we archive the retouched image on CD-ROM. A reorder can be made in the future by referring to the file number assigned to the retouched image. You will not have a retouching charge on reorders unless you make changes to the archived original retouched order.
Level 1 Restoration

Includes above services plus the repair of larger scratches, tears and small water damage.

Includes above services plus repairing of more complex backgrounds and minor reassembly of body parts.
Level 4 Restoration

Includes above services plus major reconstruction of body or face (if 50% of face is good) and addition of new backgrounds.
Some old originals may be damaged or faded so badly that we cannot restore it toan acceptable level. In cases such as these we reserve the right to return such orders uncompleted. Please be sure to package your originals carefully. Please be very specific with your restoration instructions.
