After you have downloaded the profile (for Photoshop version 6 or above), you have to save it in a location that corresponds with your operating system:

- Mac OS 9,x: System Folder/ColorSync Profiles
- Mac OS X: User Libary/ColorSync/Profiles
- Windows 98/ME: WindowsSystemColor
- Windows NT/2000: Winntsystem32spool driverscolor-
- Windows XP: Windowssystem32spooldriverscolor

After restarting your computer open your Photoshop application to the appropriate printer profile, (Image› Mode› Convert to Profile).
