Our film processors are state of the art, computer controlled chemical tanks, individually monitored
for temperature and agitation. Each roll of film is individually analyzed by our technicians for optimum
processing time, to produce the finest quality film.
We use Colex dip & dunk film processor. Made in USA, their robust construction and elaborate
control systems permit finely tuned quality in processing that’s simply impossible with any other
equipment.

Clip test
A clip test is a short piece of film cut of a roll and processed. It can be processed normal or push
or pull. The balance of the roll is held in a light-tight tube until the customer has checked the
exposure on the clip test. The balance can then be pushed or pulled or run normal, as required to
correct the exposure. One frame is normally cut through in a clip test. No, it is impossible to know
where to cut to avoid cutting through a frame!
Push or Pull Processing for C-41
Push/Pull process is necessary to correct for under/overexposure of the film. Photographers push and pull their negative film to compensate for exposure miscalculations or just to create special effects.

Cross-processing
The E6 to C-411 cross process creates a negative from transparency film. This effect creates a contrasty image, with blue highlights and detail fringes.
